I think making a resolution is important....It's like making a new and fresh start!

The trick to a good resolution is to make one that is reasonable and obtainable. Do I always keep them the whole year....no....sometimes a resolution is just short-term....or a way of jumpstarting a better attitude for the year.

I like breaking the word up a bit... Re-solution. It almost implies the need for repeated attempts at gaining a solution to some issue faced. What's that old saw? If at first you don't succeed try, try again? That in mind, is a resolution a good thing or a bad thing. Does it point to repeated failings or simple tenacity?

I have eaten more sugar, exersided more, loved more, slept more, called more people, read more material and books, and got my lawn looking good so I am sticking to my resolutions this time forever.................... :twisted:
