Another Leader Falls to Sexual Sin--a Teacher This Time

Excellent, pastor Bob. It is much better that folks/friends who are at a distance make contact, because there are potentially negative legal ramifications for any of us connected to the Academy (my son is a student) having any contact with him.
It is hard here. students and staff no longer wear Academy logo clothing in the community because of the way a percentage of the population treat them. And there is some embarrassment and/or (undeserved) shame. If you read any of the comments following the various news stories you read a bunch of what I would call wackos latching on to this story and making hay with it. Unfortunately, Scott's choices resulted in huge consequences. And if there is a civil lawsuit once the criminal one is finished, look out.
The sad thing about one of these is that this is what people will remember him for from now on.
Can any good that he ever did overcome the negative that he is now associated with?
This kind of trouble is SO serious, indeed!
